Ryan Specialty named Kristin Daur president of Ryan Specialty Renewables, head of North America, effective immediately.
Daur will run North American strategy, underwriting performance, operations, growth for the renewables and energy-transition managing general underwriter.
The unit consolidates PERse North America, PERse International, Albus into a single global platform.
Daur previously held multiple leadership roles at PERse, helping build RSUM’s energy and power offering.
