Ryanair won an Irish High Court ruling rejecting eDreams’ challenge to the court’s jurisdiction in a dispute over flight resales.
The decision allows Ryanair’s case to proceed to stop alleged screen-scraping of Ryanair.com and customer overcharging.
eDreams previously gave a permanent High Court undertaking not to access Ryanair’s Travel Agent Direct platform.
