Ryde Regains NYSE American Compliance, .BC Indicator Removed After Two Quarters

The NYSE American removed the .BC compliance indicator and delisted Ryde from its noncompliant issuers roster as of May 13, 2026.

The .BC compliance indicator will no longer be disseminated and Ryde will be removed from the list of NYSE American noncompliant issuers, potentially improving investor confidence and share liquidity by eliminating perceived listing risk.
