Ryman Hospitality agrees to buy Grande Lakes Orlando Resort
Ryman Hospitality Properties agreed to buy the fee simple interest in Grande Lakes Orlando Resort for $1.38 billion from Trinity Investments.
The property spans 409 acres in Orlando, Florida, and includes a 1,010-room JW Marriott, a 582-room Ritz-Carlton, and an 18-hole golf course.
