Ryman Hospitality Properties agreed to buy the fee simple interest in Grande Lakes Orlando Resort in Florida for $1.38 billion.
- The property includes a 1,010-room JW Marriott, a 582-room Ritz-Carlton, and a 409-acre resort complex with a Greg Norman-designed golf course.
- The transaction is valued at 12.5x adjusted EBITDAre on trailing 12-month results through June 30, 2026.
- Marriott International will continue to operate the resort under the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton brands.
- Closing is expected in the third quarter of 2026.
- The acquisition is expected to lift adjusted FFO per diluted share in 2027.
