Saba Capital Management sold 362,772 shares of BlackRock ESG Capital Allocation Term Trust in two trades on July 31 and Aug. 3, according to the filing.
The sales were priced at $15 and $15.16 per share.
Following the Aug. 3 transaction, Saba Capital's stake fell to 15,596,313 shares.
