Sabesp completes acquisition of EMAE shares
SBS•Sabesp completed its acquisition of EMAE shares on October 27, 2026, issuing 9,875,257 common shares and increasing its capital stock by R$ 125.78 million. Former EMAE shareholders received 1.3195 Sabesp common shares for each common or preferred share held.

Sabesp completed the acquisition on October 27, 2026, crediting common shares to former EMAE shareholders. The transaction increased Sabesp’s capital stock by R$ 125.78 million through the issuance of 9,875,257 common shares; each former EMAE shareholder received 1.3195 Sabesp common shares for each common or preferred share held.
