Sabesp’s acquisition of EMAE shares remains scheduled for completion on October 27, 2026. No withdrawal requests were received by the October 19 deadline, so no shareholder reimbursement payments will be made.
2. Share exchange
EMAE shareholders will receive 1.3195 common shares in Sabesp for each EMAE common or preferred share held. EMAE shares will trade on B3 for the last time on October 23, 2026.
