Sabesp releases transcript of 2Q26 earnings presentation

Commercial plan spending and investment were set at about R$ 800 million in 2026, with about R$ 200 million already cycled and the remaining R$ 600 million expected in 2H26.
Capex reached R$ 7.5 billion year-to-date. Net debt was R$ 34.2 billion and net leverage was 2.5x EBITDA, with about two-thirds of capex allocated to sewage.
Management highlights temporary cost pressures
Management flagged transitory hits from the ERP go-live, unusually high chemical inflation and the customer-service ramp. Underlying EBITDA growth was estimated at near 20%.

Sabesp released the 2Q26 earnings call transcript featuring CEO Carlos Piani, CFO Daniel Szlak and IR Director Thiago Levy.
Adjusted net revenue rose 9.4% to reflect a tariff adjustment, while adjusted EBITDA fell 2.3% to R$ 3.5 billion.
