Sable Offshore changed auditors for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2026, following Ham, Langston and Brezina’s resignation tied to an asset sale to CohnReznick.
CohnReznick was engaged as the new independent registered public accounting firm, effective July 10, 2026.
