Sachem Capital announces annual shareholder meeting

Sachem Capital will hold its annual shareholder meeting virtually on Oct. 22, 2026.
Shareholders will vote to elect three directors to serve until the next annual meeting.
An advisory vote will also be held on appointing Baker Tilly US as independent auditor for fiscal 2026.
Investors will cast a non-binding advisory vote on executive compensation.
