Sadot Group named CEO Haggai Ravid as interim CFO, effective immediately following CFO Oren Attiya’s resignation.
Attiya resigned effective Aug. 23, 2026, stepping down as CFO, principal financial officer, principal accounting officer and other roles.
Ravid’s background and search for permanent CFO
Ravid previously served as CFO of Seamless Group from December 2022 to December 2024.
He earlier led Cukierman & Co. Investment House from 2006 to 2022, focusing on cross-border advisory.
The board launched a search for a permanent CFO.
