Settlement resolves Rocket Capital claims tied to future receipts agreement
Sadot Group entered a July 22, 2026 settlement with Rocket Capital to resolve claims tied to a March 14, 2025 future receipts agreement.
The settlement covers a disputed Rocket claim of $599,582.62 through an agreed $500,000 debt amount.
