The debenture had been assigned by Nata Solutions to a third-party holder, which paid cash equal to the outstanding principal.
Remaining debentureholders waive equal-treatment rights
Remaining February debentureholders waived equal-treatment rights, extending maturities to Oct. 31, 2026 from May 30, 2026.
