Sadot Group to buy TradeIQ software assets for US$6 million
SDOT•Sadot signs agreement to acquire TradeIQ IP assets
Sadot entered an agreement on July 14, 2026 to buy the TradeIQ intellectual property assets from Hong Kong-based Litial for US$6 million.
TradeIQ is a predictive-intelligence software layer designed to work alongside commodity trading and risk management platforms.
Consideration includes US$50,000 cash, 200,000 common shares valued at US$10 each, and 3,950 Series C Non-Voting Non-Convertible Preferred shares.
The seller must deliver the assets within 21 days of signing, with 90 days of transition support.
The agreement includes a two-year non-compete in the CTRM market, with transfer restrictions on the equity consideration.
