Safe Bulkers announces annual shareholder meeting

Safe Bulkers will hold its 2026 annual stockholders’ meeting in Monte Carlo, Monaco on Sept. 10, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on electing three Class III directors, with terms running through the 2029 annual meeting.
A separate resolution seeks ratification of Deloitte, Certified Public Accountants S.A. as independent auditor for fiscal 2026.
