Saga Q2 FY26 net income falls 12.5% to $960,000; revenue drops 6.5% to $26.4 million

Saga Communications posted second-quarter net revenue down 6.5% to $26.4 million from a year earlier, while operating income fell to $623,000.
Net income slipped 12.5% to $960,000, and diluted EPS eased to $0.15.
First-half performance and balance sheet
For the first half, net revenue declined 6.0% to $49.3 million and results turned to an operating loss of $2.6 million.
The six-month net loss widened to $1.4 million, and cash and short-term investments stood at $27.8 million at June 30.
The company said its tower-asset sale totaled about $10.7 million in cash, and it expects 2026 capital spending to be $3.0 million to $3.5 million.
