Sage Park’s Craftech buys Stevanato’s Balda C. Brewer injection molding unit

Sage Park agreed to buy Balda C. Brewer, Stevanato Group’s injection-molding contract manufacturing unit based in Ontario, California.

The deal adds a 140,000-sq.-ft. plant with 7,000 sq. ft. of white room space, including more than 40,000 sq. ft. of ISO Class 7/8 cleanrooms.

BCB supplies engineered plastic components for medical devices to customers across North America and Europe.

Combined with Craftech, the platform will run more than 250,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space across the US and Mexico.

The enlarged group will have over 55,000 sq. ft. of cleanroom manufacturing capacity, spanning medical, industrial, sporting goods, automotive, and specialty applications.
