The beta is targeted for Q4 2026, with commercial availability across ASEAN markets targeted for H1 2027.

Revenue split and operating objectives

Combined operating objectives for the joint platform are set at about USD 1.4 million in year one, USD 5 million in year two and USD 12.5 million in year three.

Hosting and consulting revenue sold by or through Sagtec will be split 70% to Sagtec and 30% to Kinetic Seas; some other Skilliks sales will be split 50-50.

Expanded partnership to launch Skilliks.AI

Sagtec Global expanded its strategic partnership with Kinetic Seas to launch Skilliks.AI, a managed Database-as-a-Service platform built on the open-source MaluDB AI memory database.

Sagtec received exclusive commercial rights to market MaluDB managed DBaaS in Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore under an addendum to the August 2025 licensing deal.
