SAGT•SAGT•SAGT•Sagtec Global renamed its Malaysian subsidiary CL Technologies (International) to CLAI Tech to align it with the group’s CLAi artificial intelligence platform.
Sagtec Global said the name change aligns the Malaysian unit with its CLAi artificial intelligence platform. The subsidiary is positioned as the group hub for AI research and development, software development, product integration and commercialization, with plans to expand CLAi across existing solutions including HALO AI point-of-sale and HR systems. Ownership, management, contracts and operations remain unchanged.
