Saia Renames LinkEx to Saia Logistics Across 213-Terminal LTL Network

SAIASAIA

Saia has rebranded its LinkEx logistics arm as Saia Logistics, uniting its less-than-truckload network with integrated services under one name. This brand alignment, leveraging Saia’s 213-terminal LTL network and decade-long LinkEx partnership, maintains existing operations, pricing and contacts while supporting long-term growth strategy.

1. Saia Positioned for Another Earnings Surprise

Saia Inc. has beaten consensus earnings per share estimates in six of the past seven quarters, with an average surprise magnitude of 12.5%. In its most recent quarter, the company reported a 9% year-over-year increase in adjusted operating income, driven by yield improvements across its less-than-truckload (LTL) network and disciplined cost management. Analysts covering the stock point to two key tailwinds for the next report: continued pricing power in core LTL markets and incremental margin contributions from higher asset utilization. Saia operates 213 terminals nationwide, and management has signaled that network density initiatives will generate further efficiency gains in the upcoming period. Given this track record and the company’s commitment to capacity optimization, consensus forecasts currently call for double-digit adjusted EBITDA growth compared with the year-ago quarter.

2. Brand Alignment to Strengthen Customer Offerings

On January 15, 2026, Saia announced that its LinkEx logistics arm will officially operate as Saia Logistics, fully uniting freight and logistics services under a single brand. LinkEx has been part of the Saia organization for more than a decade and contributes an expanding non-asset truckload, warehousing, distribution and final-mile portfolio. The rebranding does not affect ownership, pricing, service agreements or day-to-day operations; customers will continue working with the same contacts and processes. Executive Vice President Ray Ramu emphasized that the unified brand will make it easier for clients to navigate the company’s end-to-end offerings — from expedited LTL shipments to integrated international logistics — while supporting Saia’s long-term growth strategy. Saia Logistics Vice President David Miller added that the change reflects the seamless integration of teams and underlines the company’s commitment to clarity and consistency in customer engagement.
