The SAIC Board of Directors appointed James Reagan as Chief Executive Officer effective immediately following his tenure as interim CEO since October 2025. The unanimous decision reflects the Board’s confidence in his leadership to guide the company’s strategic direction.

Reagan brings nearly 40 years of defense and government services experience, including two decades in senior leadership. His previous roles include Executive Vice President & CFO at Leidos, CFO positions at Vencore and PAE, and senior posts at MCI, Nextel and AMS.
