SAIC shares jump after raising annual forecasts
SAIC•Quarterly results beat estimates
SAIC reported second-quarter revenue of $1.88 billion, beating analysts' estimates of $1.77 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG.
Quarterly adjusted EPS of $3.01 also topped expectations of $2.31.
Up to the last close, the stock was up about 25% year to date.
Shares rise after raised guidance
Shares of Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC.O) were up about 9% at $137.02 in premarket trading after the company raised its fiscal year 2027 profit and revenue forecasts.
The technology integrator, whose clients include the U.S. government, now expects annual revenue in the range of $7.2 billion to $7.3 billion, compared with its prior forecast of $7.0 billion to $7.2 billion.
It also sees FY2027 adjusted EPS between $10.65 and $10.75, versus its previous target of $9.90 to $10.10.
