Salaks ordered two EVi salmon gutting machines from JBT Marel on Sep. 2, 2026.

Installation is planned at Salaks’ harvesting facility in Rotvika, Norway, adding automated processing capacity as the farmer scales production.

The order centers on higher throughput and quality control via AQi vision technology, designed to adjust tools per fish and flag defects in real time.
