Salesforce, Anthropic expand partnership with Claudeforce integration for Claude, Salesforce platform

Salesforce expanded its strategic partnership with Anthropic to launch “Claudeforce,” linking Claude’s reasoning with Salesforce data, workflows, actions and governance.

• The rollout starts with “Salesforce in Claude,” a plugin with 37 prebuilt sales skills to automate pipeline updates, prep meetings and execute governed CRM actions.
• Claude will also run inside Salesforce Agentforce as a default reasoning model, available within the Salesforce Trust Boundary via Amazon Bedrock.
• Slack will embed Claude as the default model, aiming to connect team workflows with automated execution in Salesforce.
• Salesforce in Claude is in select pilots now, targeting open beta in September 2026; more prebuilt skills are planned for late 2026.
