Salesforce granted 209,429 restricted stock units under its 2014 Inducement Equity Incentive Plan tied to the acquisitions of Qualified and MeshMesh.
The awards covered 161 new non-executive employees: 158 from Qualified and three from MeshMesh.
The RSUs vest over four years: 25% on the first anniversary of the grant date, then the remaining 75% in 12 equal quarterly installments.
