Net interest income fell 11.67% to USD 333 million, while provisions for credit losses eased 15.44% to USD 126 million.
Non-interest expense climbed 16.77% to USD 195 million, largely driven by investments supporting loan product enhancements and a new parent loan launch.
Private education loan originations rose 4.5% to USD 716 million, while net charge-offs increased 19.42% to USD 112.55 million.
Guidance calls for 2026 diluted EPS of USD 3.10-3.20, net charge-offs of USD 365-385 million, and non-interest expenses of USD 750-780 million.
