Samsung Bioepis signs Teva partnership for SB41, SB44 biosimilars development and commercialization
TEVA•Samsung Bioepis signed an early-stage partnership with Teva to develop and commercialize SB41 and SB44 biosimilars. Bioepis expects to receive at least KRW 41.8 billion; the agreement’s value and term were not disclosed.
1. Partnership roles
Under the agreement, Samsung Bioepis will handle development, manufacturing and supply, while Teva will lead sales in the United States, Europe and Canada. The agreement was signed on September 30, 2026.
