Sana Biotechnology Q2 FY26 net loss narrows to $63.64 million; loss per share improves to $0.22 GAAP

- R&D expense increased to USD 30.7 million from USD 29.8 million a year earlier, on higher SC451 and SG293 development and CDMO costs.
