Sands China shifted to Hong Kong’s alternative minimum public-float test under Listing Rule 13.32B following a drop below the 25% threshold.
- The controlling shareholder’s unit bought 1,623,200 shares on Sept. 1, 2026, pushing public float to 24.99%.
- Public float market value stood at HK$ 30.64 billion, meeting the alternative requirement of at least HK$ 1 billion.
- The company said it will monitor float levels and make disclosures under the listing rules as needed.
