Sangoma reported Q4 FY26 revenue of US$49.8 million and a net loss of US$72.5 million, compared with net income of US$0.2 million. Loss per share widened to US$2.19 from US$0.01 in the prior-year quarter. Gross profit fell to US$32.3 million from US$35.1 million in the prior quarter, while gross margin declined to 65% from 71%.
The net loss included a US$68.4 million non-cash goodwill impairment charge and a US$3.0 million inventory write-down. Sangoma's board entered a definitive agreement to sell the company. The company withdrew FY27 guidance and cancelled its results conference call.
