Sangoma wins network and communications deal with 350-store retailer
STC•Sangoma Technologies won a contract to provide managed network and communications services to a specialty retailer with 350 locations. The deal replaces the retailer’s incumbent cable and cloud communications providers with a single provider.
1. Services and rollout
Deployment will begin at headquarters and priority stores, then continue at the remaining locations on a phased schedule. Services include managed connectivity with 5G failover and cloud calling; a contact center platform is planned for the next phase.
