Sanofi names Jamie Haney general counsel in executive committee reshuffle

• Madeleine Roach, currently head of business operations, will become president and country lead for Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
• Her business-operations remit will move into finance, expanding CFO François Roger’s scope to include global partnering, business development and M&A.
• Thomas Triomphe will add responsibility for China alongside his role as vaccines head.
• Olivier Charmeil will shift from general medicines chief to strategic projects adviser to the CEO.
• General Counsel Roy Papatheodorou will leave.
