Board approves interest on equity payout

Santander Brasil’s board authorized Interest on Company’s Equity of R$ 2 billion for fiscal 2026, subject to shareholder ratification by April 30, 2027.

Gross payout set at R$ 0.25 per common share, R$ 0.28 per preferred share, and R$ 0.53 per Unit.
Net total is R$ 1.65 billion after withholding tax.
Holders on record by July 21, 2026 qualify; shares trade ex-interest from July 22, 2026.
Payment is scheduled for Aug. 6, 2026.
The distribution will count toward mandatory dividends for 2026.
