- Concludes acquisition of Webster and executes related capital increase
- Total capital increase amounts to EUR 3.56 billion
- Total share premium of EUR 3.39 billion
- Issues 329,846,438 new shares representing 2.1962% of capital after increase
- All new shares fully subscribed and paid, to be delivered Aug. 20, 2026
- To request admission to trading of new shares on Spanish and foreign exchanges
