Santander launched a EUR 1.83 billion share buyback tied to 1H 2026 ordinary profit, targeting about 25% of that profit.
Shares to be cancelled under capital reduction
The program aims to cancel repurchased shares to reduce share capital under the 2026 shareholder-approved capital reduction.
