Reltio’s cloud-native platform will integrate into SAP Business Data Cloud to unify, cleanse and AI-govern structured and unstructured data for enterprise applications across sectors like healthcare and financial services.

SAP and Reltio have signed a definitive agreement for SAP to acquire Reltio, with the transaction targeting completion in the second or third quarter of 2026. The deal remains subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals, and financial terms have not been disclosed.

2. Integration into Business Data Cloud

Once closed, Reltio’s master data management platform will be embedded into SAP Business Data Cloud to provide enterprise-wide data unification, cleansing and AI-based entity resolution. The integration will support real-time data delivery, multi-agent workflows and harmonisation of both SAP and non-SAP environments.
