Saratoga Investment names Niobrara Capital CFO Scott Zoellner to board

Saratoga Investment increased its board to six directors on Aug. 5, 2026, naming Scott E. Zoellner for a term ending at the 2027 annual meeting.
Zoellner is a partner and chief operating and financial officer at Niobrara Capital, overseeing finance, administration, capital markets, and investment committee work.
He previously spent 21 years at AEA Investors as a partner, serving as COO and private debt group head, later leading capital markets.
Zoellner earlier worked in leveraged finance investment banking at Credit Suisse.
He joined the audit, compensation, nominating, and corporate governance committees.
