Saratoga Investment prices USD 85 million senior unsecured notes offering

Senior unsecured notes priced and set to close Aug. 26

Saratoga Investment priced an offering of USD 85 million of 8.00% Notes due 2031, closing Aug. 26, 2026.
Interest is set at 8.00%, paid quarterly starting Nov. 30, 2026; maturity is Aug. 31, 2031.
Net proceeds totaled about USD 82.04 million; funds are earmarked to redeem outstanding 6.00% notes due 2027.
The notes become callable at par from Aug. 26, 2028.
