Sarepta Therapeutics posted a net loss of $4.89 million, swinging from net income a year earlier, as revenue fell 34% to $401.25 million.
- Product revenue dropped 36% to $328.69 million, driven by a 65% slide in ELEVIDYS revenue to $98.13 million; PMO Products were flat at $230.56 million.
- Operating income narrowed to $13.29 million from $115.58 million, reflecting the revenue decline and a $39 million litigation contingency charge.
- Research and development expense fell 55% to $91.26 million, while selling, general and administrative costs declined 22% to $107.6 million.
- Cash, cash equivalents, restricted cash and investments totaled $944.99 million at June 30, 2026.
