CFO transition planned for Aug. 21

Satellogic CFO Rick Dunn set Aug. 21, 2026 as his resignation date, and will continue supporting the company through the transition period.

The search for a permanent CFO remains underway. If no successor is named by Aug. 21, SVP and Corporate Controller Dustin Greer is expected to serve as interim CFO.

Greer's background and upcoming earnings call

Greer has been corporate controller since 2022. Previously, he served as senior director of FP&A and business insights at Trilogy International Partners.

The transition is slated for discussion on the Aug. 5, 2026 earnings call.
