Savara to present Phase 3 IMPALA-2 molgramostim data in autoimmune pulmonary alveolar proteinosis at ERS 2026
SVRA•Longer-term efficacy, safety and biomarker findings
Data indicate sustained gains in lung function, exercise capacity, and quality of life, supporting molgramostim as a potential long-term treatment option.
Separate analyses point to reductions in disease-related biomarkers, suggesting the therapy may address underlying disease biology.
