SaverOne announces annual shareholder meeting

SaverOne 2014 will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Petah Tikva, Israel on Sept. 29, 2026.
Items include review of the 2025 audited financial statements, auditor reappointment, director re-elections and the office-holder compensation policy.
Compensation, equity grants and reverse split proposal on agenda
Shareholders will also vote on CEO Ori Gilboa’s terms, chairman Jacob Tenenbaum’s terms and equity grants for non-executive directors.
The proposal includes authorizing the company to conduct a reverse share split.
