Savills said five of the top 10 fastest-scaling global data center markets are in EMEA.

• The US remained the largest market at about 50GW of live IT power, up 19% since 2024.
• The UK, Germany, Ireland and the Netherlands were seen as mature markets with slower growth as grid access constraints tighten.
• The Nordics, led by Finland, Denmark and Norway, were positioned for AI-led expansion on low-cost clean power, cooler conditions and fewer physical constraints.
• New large-scale, AI-oriented data center campuses are progressing across the region.
