Scage Future gets Nasdaq notice for falling below US$50 million market value threshold
SCAG•Nasdaq deficiency notices on market value and public float
Scage Future received Nasdaq deficiency notices tied to Global Market listing rules on market value of listed securities and market value of publicly held shares.
Nasdaq flagged MVLS below USD 50 million for 30 business days ended Aug. 26, 2026; it also cited failure on the total assets and revenue standard.
MVPHS fell below USD 15 million over the same period, triggering a separate non-compliance notice.
The compliance window runs 180 days to Feb. 23, 2027, and the thresholds must be met for at least 10 consecutive business days.
Failure to regain compliance could lead to delisting proceedings or a potential transfer to the Nasdaq Capital Market.
