Schneider National expands secured receivables facility to $400 million, extends to 2029
SNDR•Schneider National raised commitments under its secured accounts receivable facility to $400 million from $200 million and extended its maturity to Sept. 28, 2029.
1. Facility terms amended
Schneider National amended its secured accounts receivable facility, raising available commitments to $400 million from $200 million. The letter of credit sublimit increased to $250 million from $150 million, and the facility’s maturity was extended to Sept. 28, 2029. Wells Fargo serves as administrative agent and letter of credit issuer. Borrowings are priced off 1-month Term SOFR, and eligibility criteria for trade receivables were adjusted to increase availability.
