Scholastic announces annual shareholder meeting webcast

Scholastic schedules its annual stockholders meeting for September 16, 2026, to be held online.

Class A holders will vote to elect eight directors.

Class A holders will also cast an advisory vote on fiscal 2026 compensation for named executive officers.

Common stockholders will vote to elect three directors.
