Schrodinger granted restricted stock units covering 3,315 common shares to two newly hired employees on Aug. 12, 2026.
The awards were issued under the 2021 Inducement Equity Incentive Plan as part of employment compensation.
Vesting runs over four years: 25% after 12 months of continuous service, then the remainder in three equal annual installments.
