SCNI•Scinai Immunotherapeutics raised approximately $4 million before fees and expenses through a private placement and warrant inducement closed Oct. 16, 2026. Net proceeds will support customer programs, contract development and manufacturing business, and selective investment in its immunotherapy pipeline.
1. Financing details
The placement comprised 2,458,334 ADSs or pre-funded warrants, with Series A-1 Warrants to purchase up to 3,687,501 ADSs. Existing warrants covering up to 879,194 ADSs were exercised at a reduced price of $1.20 per ADS, and the inducement included additional Series A-1 Warrants to purchase up to 1,318,791 ADSs.
