Scinai signs $5.1 million CDMO development and clinical manufacturing agreement
SCNI•Scinai Immunotherapeutics signed an agreement with a U.S.-based, Nasdaq-listed biopharmaceutical company, including about $5.1 million in committed base service fees. Committed customer orders rose to about $7.6 million, while additional work could add an indicative, uncommitted $5.85 million.

The agreement covers development and clinical manufacturing, with the committed base service fees expected to generate revenue across 2026 and 2027. Scinai said committed customer orders rose about 300% to approximately $7.6 million from $1.9 million at year-end 2025. Further clinical manufacturing could add an indicative, uncommitted $5.85 million in service fees from late 2027 to the first half of 2028.
